This year, for the first time, we have two bone chilling haunted attractions for you to experience.  They are "The Haunt at Juniper Hollow" and our new mis-creation, "Dark Intentions." 

      

                                  

We had heard rumors of a curse from the time we were very young, but my parents will always laugh and tell us, “don’t believe everything you hear.”  Nonetheless, it always seems like there is a certain…well, nervousness…in their demeanor when the subject might come up.  

 

They always tell us to stay away from the old library, but they say it’s not because of some curse.  Rather, they tell us the building is no longer safe.  Do you suppose there really could be a cursed city within Juniper Hollow?  It just doesn’t seem possible…I mean, everything looks so normal.  Maybe I might just walk past the old library next week.  That wouldn’t hurt, would it…

 

 

 

Are you afraid of the dark?  Does your pulse sometimes race when the lights are out?  Perhaps it’s a feeling you get when in a dark attic…or maybe a cellar?  Are you sometimes concerned that someone…or something might be there watching you?  When you were small, it was “the thing that was in your closet.”  Now, perhaps it’s the sound of a church bell that might hide the sound of a troublesome approaching foot step.  Do you wonder what really might be out there with you…maybe waiting for you? 

 

Dark Intentions is a not just a place, but rather it’s a place where reality is tested by your state of mind.  If you think evil awaits in the dark, then chances are that you may be right.  On the other hand, if you embrace the darkness as harmless and quiet, perhaps you have nothing to fear.  But what happens to those calming thoughts in a moment when the unexpected occurs – when things can spin out of control in mere seconds.
